Service Plans applicable for vehicles under 12 months old or before the 1st service (whichever comes first). The Service Plan covers the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements for the term of the Service Plan purchased. The plan ends when the vehicle reaches the age or mileage limit as specified in the Service Plan purchased (whichever comes first). Service Plans do not cover wear and tear items such as (but not limited to) tyres, wiper blades or brakes.

Your Renault Loyalty Pack ends when you reach the expiry date of the Loyalty Pack or number of services which are permitted (whichever comes first).
Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals with the exception of the Premium Loyalty pack which includes additional parts and operations limited to a diesel filter or spark plugs, brake fluid change and an air filter.
Terms and Conditions
*Renault Service Plan for vehicles under 12 months old
The Renault Service Plan will expire when the vehicle reaches the age or mileage limit from date of first registration (whichever comes sooner) as specified in the Service Plan. Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles at a W R Davies Renault. Servicing does not include wear and tear parts including but not limited to brakes, tyres and wiper blades. All prices quoted are MRRP. The Service Plan cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred. UNITED KINGDOM
Renault Service Plan payment process (as applicable): The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the
following countries:
BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA -LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.
In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the Service Plan. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the Service Plan and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.
TRANSFERABILITY:
The Service Plan is not transferable to another vehicle, but should the vehicle be sold whilst the Service Plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
CANCELLATIONS:
You have 14 days from the date you purchased your Service Plan to cancel it. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel, please email info@renault-aftersales.co.uk Figures correct at time of going to publication and available at participating dealers only. All prices include VAT
The Service Plan offer is available on all vehicles. Valid at participating Renault dealers only or Renault.co.uk and may be purchased up to 12 months after registration or before the first service (whichever is sooner).
