Symbol of French savoir-faire, DS 9 E-TENSE has arrived. Designed with E-TENSE hybrid power, our new saloon has been created to offer technical excellence, incredible comfort and unparalleled sophistication.
DS 9 E-TENSE stands out with modern lines marrying grace and dynamism. Details, from the DS sabre to the Clous de Paris finish, the DS Cornets to the flush fitting door handles, this model car has a highly distinctive design.
The cockpit stands out with its unique features: the ‘Clous de Paris’ embossed finish, controls inset with crystal, the B.R.M R180 timepiece and even “pearl” stitching.
With two power units available* (250hp and a 360hp 4-wheel drive) our E-TENSE models have CO₂ emissions ranging from 0 to 49g/km (subject to homologation approval).

With the launch of DS 9 E-TENSE, our experts have come up with a new concept in acoustic comfort. Enjoy a peaceful and silent drive when setting off in your car in Zero Emission mode. On E-TENSE models, silence inside your DS 9 is boosted by laminated glass, fitted as standard.
This superb craftsmanship brings out the purity of sound delivered by the Focal Electra® audio system with its 14 speakers.
This intelligent suspension system relies on a camera located at the top of the windscreen as well as multiple sensors that constantly look for imperfections in the road. They transmit this data in milliseconds to a computer that operates each wheel independently. Depending on the information it receives this continuously makes the suspension harder or softer, guaranteeing optimal comfort.
Our plug-in hybrids guarantee complete flexibility when driving in town. Behind the windscreen of our E-TENSE models, a cyan LED confirms electric mode is activated for even more comfort.
DS 9 has been designed so that each occupant enjoys the same level of comfort. in the front, as in the rear, the seats are heated, massaging and ventilated.
