• Complete your claim form and liaise with your insurance company

UK & European Breakdown Assistance with every Scheduled Service and Motorcraft 4+ Minor and Major Service

You will recieve Ford Assistance valid from the date of service for 12 months or until the next Scheduled Service or Motorcraft + Minor or Major service is due, whichever comes first. Ford Assistance is vehicle based which means it covers any authorised driver.

24/7 Assistance

Peace of mind, knowing that you have Ford Assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the UK and Europe, with just one call to 0203 564 4444. Keep your policy leaflet in the vehicle at all times and present it to the Ford Assistance patrol in the event of a call out.

Assistance at Home included

If your vehicle doesn't start when you're at home you can call Ford Assistance for help.

Recovery to a Ford Dealer

If your vehicle can't be fixed at the roadside in a reasonable amount of time, Ford Assistance will take your vehicle to a Ford Dealer, to ensure that it receives the best care possible by Ford trained technicians, using Ford quality parts and specialist tools. Alternatively your vehicle can be take to a destination of your choice.

Trailers and caravans included

Trailers and caravans on tow at the time of breakdown will be recovered along with the relevant vehicle towing them and taken to a place of safety, providing that the caravan is within the weight and height restrictions outlined in the full terms and conditions.

Recovery of driver and passengers

The authosied driver and passengers of the vehicle (within the legal limit of passengers) will be transported along with the vehicle or take to a single destination.

Passing in messages in an emergency

Ford Assistance will ensure that you keep in touch by making a telephone call at your request and will pass on any urgent messages within the UK.

Load continuation (only for commercial vehicles and discretionary)

This will allow the driver of a Ford commercial vehicle to stop at the destination intended to unload the vehicle and then on to another destination to recover the vehicle. This service is at the absolute discretion of Ford Assistance.
