Your W R Davies dealership will ask if you’d like to do this when you order. You can only use your New Vehicle Payment towards the cost of your vehicle’s Advance Payment. You cannot use it towards the cost of any adaptations or optional extras. Alternatively, if you do not ask for your New Vehicle Payment to go to the chosen dealership, Motability Operations Ltd send this to you in full within a few weeks of you getting your new vehicle. They will pay you by cheque, or by bank transfer if you've added your bank account details to your online Motability account. You’ll only get this payment once – not every time you get a new vehicle.
